and Fabio Troiani (guitar).
The current line-up features Marco Melloni (previously bassist with Vanadium’s singer Pino Scotto) and Alessio “Einsamkeit” Del Ben (previously drummer with Wotan and Quel Che Disse Il Tuono, now leading his solo-project Bleak Light).

Progetto eclettico di otto ragazzoni che possiamo definire musicisti con la M maiuscola che uniscono la creatività del rock progressivo alla loro grande tecnica e capacità compositiva creando vere e proprie opere in cui una sezione ritmica che non perde un colpo ti prende a calci nel culo dall'inizio alla fine aprendo la strada a fiati e tastiere. La voce fa venire la pelle d'oca con la sua invidiabile estensione e poi quelle chitarre, minchia quelle chitarre, quanta perfezione!

Although the 3 guest vocalists on this album sing wonderfully, and the songs are diverse and creative, I still prefer the voice of Peter Falconer. Still, I highly recommend this album, aware that my preference is somewhat of a bias. Some of the guitar playing on here is incredible. Despite the new vocalists, the sound of this album is still distinctly Drifting Sun. Personally, I give it 7.5/10.

Fantasy progressive rock is not something I'd ever thought of. Yet Foreign Land, especially the Foreign Land track itself, transported me straight into an unknown, magical fantasy world.

Mysterious, yet nostalgic, Isolubilia is truly an ode to the romance found in the pursuit of a mystery. Musically rich in turbulence and serenity, majesty and humbleness, this album made me feel both lonely, yet understood as an isolated individual. Perhaps we're all fellow romantics, looking up at the same night sky, trying to wring our own meaning out of the stars. I hope that pursuit never ends.
